VISWOX ERP is a construction management software built on Odoo 17, purpose-built for the Indian construction industry. It covers the full project lifecycle — BOQ and BOM creation, site inventory, procurement, labor and overhead tracking, Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and GST-ready billing — all in a single integrated platform for builders, contractors, and developers.
VISWOX offers three BOQ approaches by tier. Tier 1 allows manual Excel import in a structured format. Tier 2 adds reusable project templates — create a BOQ template once and apply it to new projects with minor tweaks. Tier 3 (VISWOX Intel) accepts any standard BOQ in PDF or Excel format and automatically recognizes tasks, classifies job types, and generates BOQ and BOM lines using an Indian construction knowledge base.
VISWOX Intel is an intelligent BOQ recognition engine trained on Indian construction practices. When you upload a BOQ document (PDF or Excel), the Intel library reads the content, matches tasks against a local construction knowledge database covering 11 job categories — Civil (Earthwork, Structural, Masonry), Finishes (Flooring, Painting, Joinery), MEP (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC), and External Works — and automatically generates project BOQ lines and BOM material requirements.
Yes. VISWOX's procurement and invoicing modules are built with Indian tax compliance in mind. Purchase orders, receipts, and billing documents support GST calculations, tax-ready documentation, and a complete audit trail for every financial transaction in your construction project.
Generic ERPs (Tally, SAP, plain Odoo) are not aware of construction-specific concepts like BOQ, BOM, site-to-site stock transfers, Daily Progress Reports (DPR), completion-based billing, and procurement budget enforcement. VISWOX extends Odoo 17 with 20+ construction-specific modules that reflect how Indian construction companies actually plan, execute, and account for projects.
